When you create a workspace, we collect your email address, business name, timezone, primary contact name, and office phone number. We also collect usage data such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve the product.
We use your information to operate and improve Receptionist, provide customer support, send important service updates, and ensure the security of your workspace. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Workspace data is stored with tenant-level isolation and appropriate safeguards for sensitive information. Connector secrets are encrypted before storage, and we use industry-standard protections.
Receptionist integrates with third-party services on your behalf. Your API keys are stored encrypted and are only used to operate the connectors you configure. We do not share your credentials with any other party.
We retain workspace data for as long as needed to operate the service. When a workspace is deleted, associated data is removed according to our retention and backup processes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@receptionist.dev.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify workspace owners of material changes via email.
