Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace or using the Receptionist platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Receptionist on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Receptionist is a multi-tenant automation platform for real estate teams. It provides inbox triage, missed-call recovery, CRM synchronization, and calendar management through third-party provider integrations configured by the workspace owner.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your workspace, including all API keys and connector credentials you configure.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Receptionist connects to third-party services on your behalf. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. Receptionist is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Receptionist. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party provider outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receptionist’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
